How does Virtual Chiropractic work?

 

The short answer is well! But, you were curious about the how:


 

Virtual chiropractic focuses on all the variables a patient can control. For example, your movement, lifestyle, nutrition, sleep and activities.

Your journey to wellness starts with a thorough conversation about your problem, what contributes to it(think of all the things I just listed above), any barriers to you improving and how we will get there. You’re a person with an injury, not just a sore wrist. We need to consider the context of your life to truly create positive change.

At the end of the assessment I give you the tools and then you apply them to get better!

The biggest tool we have is rehabilitative exercises tailored to your specific situation. Forget about generic exercises that an anonymous person on the internet said would fix your problem. I will provide movements that resonate with you and walk you through each of them so you know exactly what to do.

 
 

Movement and education are the two things research tells us is effective in managing injuries. They are at the forefront of every virtual treatment plan.


In follow-ups we continue our dialogue about you and your progress. If you are improving then we know we are on the right track.

What if you aren’t? Then, we need to discuss why this might be the case. Is some part of the program hard to adhere to? Is work insane? Are you sleeping well? We will figure it out together.
